Julep’s story is all too widespread. The senior Pit Bull-type canine found herself inside the care of Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA) in Washington D.C. on the end of February when her aged proprietor handed away.
What set Julep apart – and made rescue staff frightened for her future – was the reality that the white-faced gal is 18-years-old, the eldest canine to enter the HRA shelter in present memory.
